Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Homebound Society. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Please Note: The purchase of an expedited shipping option (such as Overnight or 2-Day) does not speed up the 3-5 business day production/processing time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize DHL eCommerce, UPS, and USPS to ensure the most efficient delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-5 business days for delivery after the processing period.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (transit time varies by carrier).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal volume.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Homebound Society is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.

5. Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

Homebound Society is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
